Kylie, Meg and Ben.Ben started the experience by getting my surname correct first time! Meg is so accurate with information!! Kylie stole the show by advising me sincerely, showing great patience and tenacity to find me a property that suited my needs. The team come highly recommended!!! 5 star service indeed!

Amazing experience. Moving away from London and only had 5 days to secure a two bedroom property. Lo and behold I have received the keys within four days of meeting with Meg at the Walsall branch of Bairstow Eves. Meg was very helpful, swift and effective communication. Best Estate Agents in Walsall by a country mile! Just completed on my third property sold through Bairstow Eves Walsall. They are diligent, hardworking and very professional. My advice would be forget all the others, if you want a sale at the best price quickly, go Bairstows! They are actively looking for buyers and will quickly match buyers and sellers together, not just sitting around waiting for buyers to come through the door like other agents. This branch is fantastic. We were lucky enough to be assisted by an agent called Kylie who made our move from London to Walsall as smooth and quick as possible. This was my first time renting but our application process was nice and easy thanks to Kylie’s great communication and follow ups. Other members of staff were very helpful when Kylie was not in office. As a collective, the branch and staff are very efficient and very good at their jobs! Thank you Kylie :)

Jess at Bairstow Eves was absolutely amazing. I called up asking about places to rent, she sent me one on the spot and booked me in for a viewing and we get the keys no less than 2 weeks later.Lovely people who actually care about you getting somewhere to live. Have had some issues with the landlord since but it is out of this companies control and they did everything on their end to make this as easy as humanly possible. Definitely recommend

Staff at the Walsall branch seem happy to help and were very friendly whenever we visited. Our Mortgage Broker, Sarah was excellent to work with and helped us quickly get a mortgage sorted with the best price on the market at the time. During that time, rates were going up on a weekly basis so she secured us an offer we were happy with. Not only that, she was also prompt in answering other questions we had and got the right people involved where escalations were required. We feel Sarah was key in raising our issues early on which eventually led to all stakeholders collaborating. Many thanks to Sarah and all involved in the purchase of our home.
