Prompt, quick and professional. Minimal wait time. Never had any problems.

A great service in terms of eye test and the resulting glasses selection process. However, I find it is inadvisable to announce offers you cannot take advantage of with your current proposed purchase.2 for 1 on frames if you're buying the same lenses in each, but if you've established you're not doing that, why mention the offer? To get you to buy 4 pairs? Otherwise you can get free glass treatment on different lense pairs. It's oddly confusing but it works out roughly the same either way.

Can not fault my recent appointments. Symran the optician was lovely. She listened to my concerns and I was given a thorough examination. I also received a follow up telephone appointment to check how things were. Excellent,thank you.

Worst opticians ever I had an appointment on Saturday for eye test which went fine but was told if I couldn’t choose glasses now I could go back tomorrow (Sunday) to choose n order my glasses but when I went on Sunday to choose n order my glasses I was told they where fully booked n could not assist me in choosing or ordering my glasses and the next available appointment wasn’t for 10 day n then I’d have to wait 3 weeks to receive my glasses. I drive for a living and needed my glasses asap. So I went to Asda in monks cross who took my prescription ordered my glasses n I just had a message to say my glasses are ready for collection tomorrow (Friday) can’t recommend Asda enough they were brilliant.. never ever will I go back to spec savers again

I Went to Specsavers the acomb branch today , had a really nice lady called Alexandra who was absolutely awesome ,Really knows her products and very good at giving really great advice ,someone who really cares and Extremely knowledgeable and professional ,a credit to this branch of Specsavers .Thank you
