Having made a booking and paid a deposit I did not receive an invoice.I queried this, but was told if I paid more money I would then receive an invoice.In light of the Covid shut down, I asked to postpone. I was ignored. I asked again and was ignored. I have never been able to get hold of them to discuss and never got my hire, nor my money back.Very upsetting experience.

Don't normally post these types reviews, but feel it's necessary.Difficult to get hold of. Dreadful booking process. Go elsewhere.

If you want to discover the Scottish Highlands then I strongly recommend you hire a motorhome from this company. We had a wonderful week exploring the far north in a well equipped 2016 Rapido. The pick up location is easy to find and is ideal as a starting point for a Highland tour. The booking process was straight forward and the handover & tutorial were excellent. We had never hired a motorhome before but when we left for our trip we felt comfortable in how it all worked. The company staff are very relaxed and if you wanted to bring your own stuff such as bed linen then that's not a problem.

Very difficult to get a hold of, booked in January and after a month of not hearing anything further I looked into different methods of contact and ended up having to phone 4 different numbers to get in contact with them. When I did they were very friendly and helpful. Their facebook contact details are out of date and their main number is almost never in signal, they also did not reply to my email.Anyway when I finally spoke to them they told me the motorhome I had booked was actually off the road and sounded surprised I had booked it. They did point us in the direction of other companies, which helped ease the pain of no contact for a month.

Hired a van for a mid-January trip and the Highland were really accommodating. The vans are not the newest, but that is not a bad thing when you are in the Highlands in winter – who wants to have to tip-toe around brand new upholstery and flooring. It had all the kit that was required and was comfy. Will hire again.

Ingrid and her husband are so lovely people. Despite well used motor home their are offering much more than other rental companies. We felt like in family. Good location for visiting Highlands and Skye.Thanks

Would not give deposit back offered voucher because of covid 8 weeks to get hold off DO NOT BOOK HERE so ♤♡♧◇ing annoyed

I recently won a money small claims case against this trader after + 12 months. It was a dreadful experience.Previously, I had had great experiences renting a motorhome with 2 other companies. I chose to rent from Ingrid and her husband due to a lack of availability in the other 2 companies that had provided me an excellent service.Ingrid simply ignored any communication and reneged on any friendly compromise we offered (and which they had initially accepted). Completely unprofessional. I served the judge's ruling upon the trader earlier this summer but their strategy since last year has been to simply ignore any communication in the hope that it would disappear.For anyone who needs further evidence, I reported them to Highland Council Trading Standards, who had reached out to me, validating my information.Don't make the same mistake we made: if the other companies (with plenty of positive feedback) have their RVs booked out, pospone your holidays or you'll end up losing money (£800 in our case) and your peace of mind.
