James came today to check my cavity wall insulation. He was very reliable and very honest, explained that the problem I am experiencing is not related to the insulation which was very helpful in the elimination process. He also didn’t charge for the visit. Thank you for your help James.

Booked a survey with James,never turned up or rang to cancel and these people are part of the trustmark green scheme, very disappointed, if you used them they probably wouldn't turn up then either

Great quality service provided. Will and his team were thorough in their work, ensuring all of the old cavity insulation was removed, even putting in an extra day than quoted to make sure that the job was done right. It's clear to see that they take pride in their work. Would recommend to anyone.
