I found MDBS to be extremely reliable and would highly recommend them to anyone. Their estimate process was swift, transparent and competitive and all communications via Hannah were an absolute pleasure. Quotes came back with 48 hours, often same day and all enquiries by phone or email were dealt with immediately and without complication. The electricians were polite and courteous throughout, with work finished to a very high standard and for both projects they finished a day ahead of schedule. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Booked a last minute test that was carried out fast and efficient.Then the report with recommendations were received within 48 hours as advised by the lovely office staff.The works were then booked in and complete as arranged, property was left clean and tidy as it was found.Thank you for your services

I contacted MDBS to organise several EICRs, they contacted the tenants and organised appointments. These were attended on time, reports produced promptly and varying levels of remedial works documented. I received photos of each issue identified. I agreed with the quotes put forward, appointments were again made with tenants and works completed. Certificates were issued on payment of these final invoices.Exceptionally professional and a pleasure to deal with.

We use several electrical contractors for different works and more particularly during the implementation of new EICR Regulations have used MD Bespoke Solutions to carry out remedial works and issue EICR Certificates on a number of properties.I've found them very professional to deal with when arranging the viewing, quick turnaround time to receive reports, paperwork and certificates and in several cases when we have had comparable quotes for a property, have been fairly priced.Our tenants have also found the engineers on site, courteous and professional.

AVOID. MDBS carried out an EICR on my flat. It failed and a lot of issues were identified which mounted to £1000 worth of work. I got a second opinion from another electrician and that EICR passed. The electrician commented that the report was very poor quality and a lot of things had been failed unnecessarily / were not even relevant for an EICR. They has also missed an isolator for my fridge. I contacted them to explain how unhappy I was and they never got back to me. My assumption is that MDBS had included these things in an effort to make money off me.

They quickly fit in with my schedule and carried out the required remedial work in conjunction with my tenants availability. All associated admin was quickly completed. I needed an urgent EICR report and found MDBS online, who are closeby in South London. They were very attentive and accomodating. Hannah at the office is very responsive and happy to help. They completed the report and some remedial work at the agreed timeline in a very professional manner. The guys at the house were very considerate about the work and left the place perfectly tidy when they left. If you need electricians, I highly recommend MDBS!
