Pretty useless, when they did click and collect they could never find your parcel. Now they do Evrei drop offs they want nothing bigger than a shoe box size. Pointless going there for that.Made the mistake of trying Evri drop off again. Met the usual balding bloke who complains when you try and hand him any parcels. Rude and doesn't want the business. Udgraded to completely useless

Waiting while the guy is calling someone, doesn't even look at me. Then I ask this man to see what E-liquids he's got and he doesn't even move to get it. I had to do everything myself. No 'hi' no 'bye'.Plus, yesterday when I went there he said he couldn't take my passport as an ID cause I can't read french". NB : the passport is writen in french AND english.I'm upset for this very nice woman who works there

My first visit was my last. I was polite , he was very rude, yet the man before me, and the man after me got VERY polite service. I spoke to female friends afterwards and they too have had the same experience and wont be spending their money there again either.

The man was very rude to me today and I will not be returning to this store again. The man was sitting down not doing anything and when I walked it m, it was like an inconvenience to him. They have lost my custom and many other peoples by the sounds of it recently.
