DO NOT USE. Don't rely on this company to turn up to a scheduled fitting. I pre-booked weeks in advance, confirmed 3 days before via phone all was still on schedule. The day comes and no one turns up. No calls returned. They then blocked my telephone number, as withheld calls ring through but mine simply goes straight to voicemail. Terrible company. Ruined our planned holiday as we're now unable to tow our caravan. Disgraceful. I wish I was able to give 0 stars.

SHOULD BE A 0* OPTION… STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - DO NOT USE THEM.They came out on 17th July to fit towbar on my new car - after fitting I was left with warning lights and my entertainment screen wasn’t coming on - i.e no Sat nav / camera or radio etc. I rang and rang this company to get someone back out but it’s now the 9th august and no one has returned even though we were promised.I had to take my car elsewhere and pay for it to be looked at by someone else which turned out to be a fuse issue.Absolute cowboys

Highly recommend polite on the phone and they worked around my busy schedule fitted the towbar on my audi in a reasonable time and he was very professional and friendly I would definitely recommend and I would use again

This is the 5th towbar they’ve fitted for us, always there when they say they are and never had any issues. Fantastic service not sure what all the negative reviews are but can only assume they’re competitors,
