Nice little coffee outlet next to the station, with some quiet corners to sit. They need more vegan food options, and for the plant milks to all be the same price (or cheaper) than dairy.

Feel like it should be a nice cafe to stop at when travelling for work etc but a few things niggle.1. The crockery needs better cleaning.2. There is no WiFi to sit and work between getting off train and having meetings.3. Smell from smokers who lurk outside wafts in.4. Tea lukewarm.

Great location after parking at Brighton Station, polite and friendly service, coffee looks very good and nicely done, slightly on the fruity and sour taste wise, personally prefer bitter.
