Just had a new composite door supplied by Welsh doors and fitted by S J Edwards Installations. Excellent job by Steve and Joe. Very polite and clean and helpful. Can highly recommend them!

I bought the door over 4months ago and until now I haven't received invoice for it. Also, I found that the doors are noc CE Marked.From 1st July 2013 it will be mandatory for all doors and windows sold and installed in the UK to display a CE marking in order to show compliance with the new Construction Products Regulations.I emailed many times and no reply to my emails and completely ignor all emails. Also, I haven't received official warranty for the door. The doors looks great but I'm not sure that it is legal to sell doors without CE Mark.

Extremely impressed with the professionalism of the blokes at Welsh Doors. We popped in on the off-chance and ended up buying three composite doors - that's how good they were! Their prices are extremely competitive and the quality of their doors are outstanding. They showed us where they build all their own doors and offered us just about every colour combination going. I've got to say they had a fab yellow door and a pink one but Mr. C vetoed my suggestion! Anyway, we're going to have a lovely black, shiny composite front door pretty soon, as their lead times are way shorter than the other companies around. There seem to be so many 'sharks' around in the doors and windows trade and it was a genuine surprise to come across such a trustworthy and lovely doors company in Barry. So if you are in the market for composite doors in the Cardiff area, then I really can recommend Welsh Doors!

I wrote a review of this company a few weeks ago and it seems to have been removed. I won't go into details again but would not recommend using this company based on how horrendous the customer service is. I also haven't received any warranty information as another reviewer has flagged.
