BowWow - Professional Dog Grooming Bedford

Our puppy went for intro puppy package, and the ladies were so nice. As a nervous puppy he came out looking lovely and seemingly relaxed. So making us feel happy that he had enjoyed and not been stressed by the whole hour process. Will be taking him back. And did actually book second visit, at the time.

Ive used bowwow since my pooch oscar was a puppy...he always goes in looking rather scruffy and comes out looking tip top.honeslty would not take him anywhere else...

Just had Teddy groomed, and we are over the moon with the result. Don't go anywhere else, this is the place to have your dog groomed. I think Ted's already looking forward to going back .

I have a very miniature Pomeranian, which as one would assume would fall under “small dog”, however according to what I was charged, the prices would indicate my dog to be “medium.” It is concerning that such a company would falsely advise their prices - it’s not something an unsuspecting, or prospective customer would enjoy very much. Though on top of that, they add extra charges for services you did not request.I specifically requested a “teddy bear” cut for my Pomeranian, specifying how I wanted her trimmed. However for some reason, the company feels the need to purposefully lie & create a false narrative that I requested this. It is deeply upsetting that such an establishment would manipulate new customers, just to make more money.It is distasteful to manipulate a customers non-spoken words and imply they requested something they did not. Not once did I mention nail clippings in my request. For this very reason, I will not return and get my dog groomed here, or recommend this place.

My two dogs have been going here since their first cuts. They were nervous at first but really enjoy the pampering and fuss they get. Jasper can't wait for his runs up the stairs. They used to have to carry him! The grooms they get are really good, and we've never been disappointed. They get lots of compliments too. They are really busy, (that's a good thing in my book), but they always do their best to fit you in. Would recommend.

BowWow has all you could want in a doggy grooming salon. I've been taking my cockerpoo, Scout, here for nearly nine years and she has received patience and care every time. Hilary and the team bring out the 'inner princess' in her despite her 'individual requirements' - she is one of those doggies which needs a bit of extra love and care...and she gets it. Really good value for such and excellent service.

Hilary is absolutely wonderful and takes such great care of my little poodles. I'm completely confident leaving them both at Bow Wow. We've been using Bow Wow for nearly 2 years and we honestly wouldn't go elsewhere. They both come out looking adorable, smell amazing and even get jazzed up with a little bow!I would highly recommend anyone who's nervous about getting their pooches groomed or a first timer then speak to Hilary, she will put you right at ease.Great choice of dog accessories and a wide variety of treats! We brought some wonderful Christmas Jumper that were a huge hit!Thank-you! x

The staff are really friendly & have a great rapport with my dog. She comes out happy & looks great.
