I wouldn't approach M&M Property with a barge pole. I've rented in London for years and always had surprisingly positive experiences. M&M Property are the sorts of horror stories you hear about on the news. Rented a property from them for the last two years. The Landlord was rogue and disengaged. Discovered upon moving in that pre-existing cracks on bedroom wall were due to sewage pipe leaking into bedroom. M&M staff were rude, dismissive of issues and irritating to deal with. They denied the issue so had to get Islington council involved and threaten legal action, took them weeks at a time to reply. They employed substandard and shady tradesmen to complete the work- the job had to be completely redone. This just one of the numerous issues I had with the flat with pathetic customer services from M&M. After living in Newington Green for a while, M&M have a reputation for being dishonest and shady- avoid at all costs, preserve your sanity!

If you're renting with a lanlord that uses them, do yourself a favour, and find another place.Since 3 months moving into a flat managed by them, I had 43 days no access to a working shower. They always say we're doing the best we can"

Terrible agency with terrible management. Avoid if you can. Always present to collect fees but never there for anything else. At multiple occasions, for 5 years working with them, my landlord was dishonest. Mould issues, falling brick wall, etc left unfixed for months (!) M&M Property witnessed it and acknowledged it (blaming his old age) but they could not care less...as long as the money keeps coming...

We worked with Alex for our perfect home, best decision ! He was so patient in answering my wife's questions, so knowledgeable , available for us every time we needed him, so passionate! Excellent service, always punctual, incredibly organized, such a professional demeanor ! We will recommend him anytime without reservation ! Thank you, Alex! First class work!

We have just completed on the sale of our first home in under 3 months and had a wonderful experience with M&M. They offered a really personalised service. Alex was so responsive and always made himself available when we wanted to revisit the property or to answer any questions we had and helped the sale to go through very quickly. Previously I have only had bad experiences with the bigger estate agents. I would highly recommend using this local estate agent.
