Choosing Samantha to design our wedding cake came second only to choosing our venue. From the moment the cake samples touched our lips at a wedding fair, we knew we wanted her to make our cake. The delicious flavours and gorgeous design that she created from our ideas and wedding themes was perfection. Our guests mention the cake to us still! We cannot recommend her enough.

Samantha made our '3 tier, semi-naked, wedding cake' and it was an absolute triumph. It looked fantastic and tasted wonderful. It was, in all honesty, the best wedding cake ever. We had a ceremony booked just as the pandemic struck and had to re schedule 4 times. Samantha accommodated these changes without any complaint and when the actual date did happen she set everything up. We wholeheartedly recommend The Pretty Cake Company

Samantha made our DREAM wedding cake and it was everything we hoped it would be and more!Samantha is a true artist, but not only do her cakes look amazing, they taste phenomenal! The only issue we had was choosing which flavour as they were all incredible!Our wedding plans changed multiple times due to ever changing COVID restrictions, but Samantha was incredibly kind, patient and easy going and with us every step of the way as our plans changed from one month to the next. We ended up having 2 tiers, as opposed to the original plan of 3 tiers but Samantha was still very happy to work with us and travel to our new location which was quite a distance from the original planned venue.I'm SO glad we found Samantha, if you are looking for a truly magnificent cake then she is your girl!

Samantha baked the cake for our wedding earlier this summer. We struggled to pick the flavours during the tasting as they were all so delicious, but ended up going with a white chocolate mud cake, a fruit cake, and a rhubarb and custard cake. They were all delicious, and the cake looked absolutely beautiful too, with stencil detail and fresh flowers (Samantha designed the cake and then liaised with our florist to put together the look on the day). Many of our guests commented on how lovely the cake both looked and tasted!

We loved our cake by Samantha at the Pretty Cake Company! The whole experience was amazing, the tasting was super fun and set up on the day was perfect. All the flavours we chose were just fabulous, we had so many compliments on the cakes (particularly the sticky toffee layer!). Thank you Samantha xx

If you're looking for a wedding cake look no further. Samantha's eye for detail and ability to create incredible cakes speaks for itself. Our cake was everything we could have dreamed off. Samantha did a great job at bringing our concept to life. It tasted incredible and looked amazing. We opted for a sumptuous carrot cake, a delicious rhubarb and custard layer and finished it with cherry bakewell. It went down a treat, and our guests did not stop speaking about the cake. It was a real showstopper! You will not be disappointed if you chose to work with Samantha and The Pretty Cake Company. Every cake is unique, and the service is second to none. I cannot recommend Samantha and the pretty cake company highly enough.As well as all the flavours tasting amazing the cake looked spectacular… and the guests were blown away by the fact that the flowers were not real!

If only you could taste the pictures, you would be able to tell how PERFECT Samantha's wedding cakes are. We didn't give her much to go off, but she managed to capture a dream I didn't even know I had. Seeing our wedding cake was one of the things I was most excited about, as it was one of the things I had had the least involvement with. It did not disappoint! I am totally in awe of the sugar flowers, they are absolutely incredible - Samantha is so talented! The cake itself was delicious - each tier had a different flavour and all of our guests wanted to try each flavour because they were all SO GOOD. The only leftovers we had was the one piece that we asked the caterers not to serve so we could stick it in our freezer for our first child's christening! Thank you Samantha, so much.

Samantha made the most amazing cake for our wedding. Unfortunately we were unable to sample any of the cakes before the wedding as we were away but after speaking to Samantha on the phone, she filled us with confidence. She was professional, friendly and offered advice about flavours. We went with vanilla with white choc and passionfruit, rhubarb and custard and lemon. All three were delicious and our guests continue to comment on how tasty the cakes were. The rhubarb and custard was a particular guest favourite! The whole process was stress-free; Samantha kept in contact and delivered exactly what we asked for. Couldn’t recommend more. Thank you!
