I had MLD massage with Charlton following my operative procedure. Charlton is extremely professional, respectful, and super friendly and so knowledgeable about the human body and personalises the massage to your individual needs. I have been coming consistently and the difference it has made has really helped my recovery. The environment is relaxing, has background soothing music, it’s clean and private. I would highly recommend Essential Feeling to anyone that needs any kind of massages. I always look forward to the next massage and have since bought multiple massage packages to keep on top of my general well-being and pain. Definitely a 5 star professional company.

Had an exceptional massage with Karen. I’ve had a few massages before, but this was by the far the best as it was really tailored to my needs and left me feeling great.I was asked a couple of times about the pressure and if it was ok. I had a deep tissue massage which really helped with my lower back, shoulder, and neck area.Secondly, the premises are excellent. A very clean, professional setup. As someone who’s really particular about cleanliness, this was definitely a very welcome location.

Karen was absolutely amazing, I had had a 6 sessions of lymphatic drainage massages after a procedure. Karen was super helpful in giving me advice, which helped with my recovery. Karen was always clear in explaining what would happen in each session which helped put me at ease. I would highly recommend this company to others.

I cannot recommend Charlton and Karen enough, since having my surgery they have given me the best aftercare, from having lymphatic massages to general advice and care. They are super knowledgeable and really have put my at ease at a time that has been quite challenging. I had my post operative MLD massages with Charlton. I was extremely nervous prior to my first session because I have never had a massage anywhere before since I have a hyper-sensitive body and also because I was in a lot of pain after my procedure. I soon realised I had no reason to feel that way because Charlton is incredibly kind, professional and knowledgable. He has supported me throughout my healing journey and always gone above and beyond especially when I had some post-op complications e.g lumps and hardness. Karen is equally as wonderful and kindly advised me on a more appropriate compression garment as the one I had was not the right size or material. I am a medical doctor and I have relatively high standards when it comes to my health/body, I can honestly say that this duo are the best in the business!

Essential feeling was recommended to me for MLD massage by the folks at Hans place practice. This massage felt like such a relief after having a leg procedure. Karen was so kind and knowledgeable and it was such a comfort to get feedback and insight during my healing progress. My wife and myself visited Karen and Charlton for a full body massage. First time we had been and we will definitely be going back. We found them both very welcoming and friendly. Both were so easy to chat to and also very understanding of any injuries or on going aches and pains. The massage itself was so relaxing and definitely released all the knots and strains that we both had.
