I would not recommend this place to work in.A course in people management is needed there & some lessons in respect for staff. When i worked there I declined an offer of an out of work nature from an employee & from then on i changed my work routine to steer clear from that person, but a week later, i had to make a complaint of harrassment. My complaint appeared to be taken seriously & i was told all dealt with. However it was not the case, as the person switched to stalking me while i worked, turning up in my work areas when our jobs were totally unconnected A long awaited sign was put up on a particular door of one of my work areas at my request, prohibiting entry at a certain time but it was ignored by the person numerous times. Despite my many complaints & video evidence, those responible for dealing with their employee, failed to disipline them & understand the seriousness of the matter, which led to my job becoming very stressful working there while i waited for an alternative suitable placement elsewhere, which finally came just as i was preparing to make yet another complaint. I found the environment grim.

It should be zero stars really after the way my mother who started working there recently was treated by a member of staff. As a new starter she was constantly threatened that if she kept making mistakes she would not come back, imagine this was said on day 1 of training by the staff member who was training her, when she asked for help or ask questions, the staff member would shout at her saying what have you done again, despicable behaviour from someone in a leadership position. The second day , same threats even after she had done all her work well and was ready to go home at end of shift. The particular staff member who had been training her since day 1 asked her to help her finish off some jobs, my mother without hesitation agreed to help her , but after mistakenly covering barcode slightly but could still be scanned on one box , that staff member started shouting at her and threatening she wouldn't come back next day again and went to report her. My mother was in tears and tried to explain to the team leader/ manager what had happened but was overwhelmed by the permanent staff member. The next day she was told not to come back. Utterly shocked by the way she was treated as a new recruit after just 2 days, the bullying was totally ignored. I hope no one's family member or friend ever has to be treated like that. We are all humans and can make mistakes in new role, there is no place for bullying or shouting at people who are just trying to make a living. Totally saddened by everyone involved and Company as a whole.

If I could zero stars would be more fitting! Parcel delivery component of this company is horrendous! I have sent numerous emails and filled out online contact details trying to arrange a new date to deliver my package! This has been so stressful. I am now in the process of taking further action.
