Home of Leather provided me with outstanding customer service. I ordered a black winter flight jacket and the quality is superior. However, the size was not correct. Home of Leather staff (shout out to Hamza) acted promptly when I reached out to them - I simply sent my jacket back to them along with my measurements, and they returned a made-to-measure jacket to me, within one week, and at no expense to me. Home of Leather is a highly professional organization that cares about its customers.

ORDER #HOL1420I ordered a RAF style leather jacket. It doesnt look much like the picture, the fur inside is not great, the jacket leather is very stiff. Overall quality is not great.Trying to return it, there is no response to emails, no advice on how to return this item. The telephone number on the website does not work.It seems I am now stuck with this jacket.Wouldn't order from this company again.

3 weeks ago I’ve ordered my jacket and still haven’t received it. So very annoyed at these that if I don’t get it today that I’m contacting my credit card company for a refund. No phone number to contact them on, only email.(This review is edited after receiving the jacket )However!! The coat, once received and is of high quality and a great fit. Very happy with my purchase
