Two Ball Lonnen Post Office

The Post office website said it would be open until 17:30 on a friday.I walk for 30minutes to get there and no signs of life....Closed 30+ minutes early on a Friday the workshy skivers.30minutes walk back home, an hour wasted THANKS FOR NOTHING

Always very helpful and kind. I’d like to shoutout the lady with black hair and a pony tail; she constantly goes the extra mile and consistently assists me with any queries I have.

Every day I went to this post office this week it has been closed and asked for a redelivery to be made there which I missed at home. Now, my items will be sent back to the sender. Never actually seen the place open. Will be making a complaint.

Julie was really helpful today, done everything for me usually other post officesSay it’s not their job to write down the adress and help with things you don’t know . But Julie did everything for me with a smile on her face !

I've used this post office a few times lately and always left a happy customer staff were very helpful and very polite towards me

Staff member claimed it was 7.50 to send a my parcel first class . I left unpleased and confused only to discover he was going to charge me a southern ireland price. Wouldn't use this post office or recommend staff are rude and clearly unkowlegdable. Perhaps some coaching on the job they are supposed to be doing Wouldn't go a miss!

I normally do not write reviews, but having read some unfair negative reviews, I had to write this review.I have been using the post office for many years. Though staff have come and gone, I have found all of them to be VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL and POLITE. the present staff, Julie, Loraine and Chris are at the TOP of the tree. They go an extra mile to help, Very knowledgeable, well aware of the products offered by the Post Office.It is a pleasure to go there and see there friendly happy smiling faces.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK and ignore MEANINGLESS Negativity that some bring.

I normally use this branch to send parcels and the reason I always come back is because I have always experienced great customer service. So I was extremely disappointed today when I was served on the counter by a less than helpful woman - dark hair and a lisp. I told her that I wanted to send off a parcel and placed it on the scale. She then asked quite abruptly if it was to be sent to a UK address and what was in it. I understand this is due to security reasons but I was quite taken a back by her rude manner and less than friendly facial expressions. I told her the parcel contained gift socks and that it was a national address. She then rolled her eyes at me and asked how I wanted it sent to which I told her first class. Before I could say anything else she printed off the label, stuck it on the envelope and threw it amongst the other parcels. I paid using my card and asked her whether the parcel would arrive by tomorrow as it was a birthday gift and she gave me a hard stare and replied, it’s a possibility but not a guarantee. This left me quite displeased as I would have happily paid the extra for a next day delivery but she hadn’t offered me the option before taking payment. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and needless to say I won’t be returning here in the future.

I use this post office on a regular basis and find the staff to be helpful and pleasant. They give advice on correct postage for the item you are sending that covers the value and distance of your parcels. I have observed some disgraceful behaviour towards the staff . Mostly by people who do not know the cost of postage or the very secure regulations that are placed on goods that are to be sent. During these times I have found them to be patient and helpful towards customers . I would not hesitate to recommend this post office to others.
