Aqua Splash Inflatable Assault course

‌we had fun in their Chigwell park course, but many clips on their Instagram page is not from there.quite misleading indeed.also the iceberg item was off limit today. they could have mentioned it on their page so costumers know in advance what they can expect.we'd go back there in future.there were no lockers, but we felt safe to leave them on the bench, as advised by the team. also no toilets on the site. there are a couple of them outside the site, on the entrance of the lake.

Went here today with the mrs (moan moan moan) &2 kids 5 & 3. You have to be at least 6 to go on the inflatables. Not much happening here, a few patches of sand and a cafe thats about it. Overall 4/10.

Awful customer serviceTook money 6 months ago for a deal, wouldn’t answer emails, social media or phone for 6 months. Refused to offer deal purchased 6 months ago or give refund. Have a voucher to spend at full price. Would strongly suggest using another company

Bought 2 x gift cards as a present. Recipient had not noticed the expiry date and had not redeemed them. Contacted aquasplash 3 weeks after expiry date and asked if dates could be extended so they could be used before the end of season. I was advised that they would only do this if a fee of 10 pounds was paid. We usually try to use and support local businesses but wouldn't use this company again.

We had visited their Chigwell property and had booked our slot in advance. Though the experience was good we faced below issues1. The address written on the website comes with note that it is not the correct address or does not take you to the write place but no where the correct address has been provided. Because of which we wasted 25-30 mins out of our 55 mins slot and we were not allowed to extend by the manager out there even when the next slot had very few people coming in. We did request them but they asked us to speak with customer service2. They have no lockers to keep your bags/mobiles phones and other stuff3. There are no proper changing rooms for you to use. There is two portable rooms which are dirty and have no lights in for you to change properly.Overall the experience is fun but the facilities around it are not upto the mark considering they charge £20 for just one hour experience.

Lots of fun, even when it's raining as you're already wet! Decent prices and facilities given its an outdoor event! We went again the following week for another family members' birthday because we enjoyed it so much!

On a summers day this is definitely a place for the kids/adults. If you go as a group it will be better. They have a cafe on site and redricks glamping is next door they also have massive slip and slide

Great aqua park, the kids love it. Changing facilities aren't great though, and no shower afterwards.Lovely lake side beach" area there which looked lovely in the summer
