The young woman who does FOC alterations of Jeans in store was so helpful as she allowed me to try the Jeans on she then measured what needed to be taken up and finished the job within the hour. Great service and the finish on the Jean is just like the original. Many thanks you were a star !

Absolutely exemplary service, when my wife and I visited this week. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with the utmost courtesy, professionalism and respect. What fantastic service!! Myself and my husband were both buying jeans and they couldn’t have done enough for us. Charlotte the manager could tell my size by just looking at me and was right! We both left with 2 pairs of jeans each, and my husband got a belt that Charlotte put a new hole in for him. The two guys (I didn’t catch their names) were also incredibly helpful and made sure we were well looked after. Thank you very much :)

Love this store has some great jeans and jumpers

I have always enjoyed shopping in Levi not just because of the clothes but because of their high customer service. Tonight I needed to take back my husband’s belt back to exchange for another and have some more holes punched into the leather. It was then I had the pleasure in meeting Jazz who put me right at ease with his customer service and can do attitude , I can see this young man going places in his future.I also had the pleasure in meeting Sarah and Char on other occasions who I’ve made run all over the store collecting different sizes and looking at stock availability. As an older lady with mobility issues this in itself means so much. These ladies have made me feel normal and nothing was to much trouble and for that I can only rely my thanks if only there were more store outside of Levi’s that can adopt this high level of customer service clothes shopping would be so much easier.
