It was quite an investment but so glad we finally did it. The team were extremely hard working and punctual and sought our thoughts and input at all stages. We'd already seen their work at a neighbours and hoped we would get the same result. But it was better. The team were also very tidy and worked an extra day to rectify an alignment issue, due to wonky rooms!

I was not able to even get a survey or the chance to hire this company as they didn't want to.I've recently gotten underfloor heating and new installed engineered floor. 2 boards lifted due to pressure and were replaced by the same contractors. But the repair" is bad (one board cut in half and not straight sanded leaving gaps). As I already had enough of them due to other issues

Absolutely brilliant at every level!! The communication from the office was friendly and very professional. The fitting of the floor was of the highest quality - clean, tidy, organised, punctual and incredibly skilled. The finished work was faultless - if Google reviews would let me give 6 stars I would :)

Just had new floors installed by Floorworks. They were patient, polite, hard working, on time and very skilled at precision carpentry. Never took any shortcuts. Very positive and professional experience so I would recommend them to anyone looking for new floors.

A very good and reliable company that fitted new floors to my place. The service was very fast and they did exactly as they promised with no problems or issues at all.

Guys were great. Very knowledgable, and then the works were amazing. Floors look amazing, guys were very helpful and friendly, careful with my belongings - 100% would recommend as I already have to my neighbours who have seen the results and now want to get the works too.

Honestly incredibly pleased with all aspects of the service. We needed new floors installed to replace old carpets. I contacted many companies for quotes and samples. Floorworks was by far the most professional, responsive and helpful team, they quickly organised a quotation, site visit and offered samples (while I had to chase other companies). Their pricing was also one of the most competitive ones. The work was scheduled quickly and done very efficiently and well. The installation guys were very punctual, careful and did the job in one day (for two bedrooms). Overall, I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. If we ever need floorwork done again, we will certainly be back. Thank you!
