Avoid these overpriced crooks. Abusing people’s trust and the live for their pet !My daughter took our cat for vaccines. These people charged £195 for the vaccines. Upon calling other vets the same vaccines and consultation costs between £65 and £90 for the most expensive. Then then also told her to also buy some parasite control for £39 when they actually cost £11.50 and finally some Profrender for £26 when it should cost £10.Total £260 instead of less than £100 elsewhere.I am disgusted by how they abused a young lady bringing her pet in confidence.Shame on you. NEVER AGAIN.

The clinic is very caring and accommodating from the vets to the reception team. Today, they saw us on very short notice after our dog was poorly overnight. The care and attention is excellent and genuine. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our dog.

When we had to let our beautiful dog Jazz go, the care & compassion shown by everyone at this clinic was beyond amazing. I will be forever grateful for the care they gave to Jazz for nearly 15 years. Highly recommend this practice

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO NOT GET FLEECED FOR YOUR MONEY.BEWARE The people working in this place are unbelievably crooked. They will charge you undisclosed amounts and will not provide an itemized bill. They won't even examine your pet and just diagnose based on what you tell them. (THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TOUGH)Often they don't listen to anything you say actually just a robot smiley face on and they just nod their heads but don't process anything so talking to them is a waste of time.Pure CONTEMPT AND EVIL IN THEIR EYES. Would not trust them if I was you.

Best vets in London! Super friendly and knowledgeable, our dog always loves going even when she's unwell, which I take as a good sign!

Staff are lovely. Clientele are a bunch of entitled dot dot dots with very little to contribute to society beyond the inheritance tax they had to pay.

I have been to many vets over the 15 years ive had dogs and this place is by faaaar the BEST place i have taken my dogs. The doctor i saw was Helen and she was absolutely incredible. Lolas checkup lasted 30 minutes and every question i had was answered, every issue addressed and lola had a thorough checkup done. All healthy and good. The appointment didn't feel rushed AT ALL and i felt very comfortable and sensed a good vibe the whole time i was there.I was never forced to stick unnecessary vaccines into my dog, buy dog food from them or get a dirty look when i told her my 8 year old was not spayed. I find this is very common with many vets ive visited, which really puts me off and i find myself looking for a new vet every time they try to force their beliefs onto me and not respect my decision. I can already sense that i wont be changing vets again anytime soon! All the staff there were polite, kind and so lovely. Lola walked away with a tummy full of treats too, so she wasn't complaining either.I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who's looking for a place to take their dog and who genuinely cares about their dogs health.
