Staff are prompt to reply and polite but assume you are an IT person so I didn't understand the language used, why everything was so complicated and when I asked to speak to someone rather than writing endless emails where more IT language is used and makes you feel more exasperated there was no acknowledgment of my difficulty nor a response to my request. I felt unheard.

Sienna Katherine quickly identified the issue preventing our webmail page from loading and installed Auto-SSL certificate on the domain, resolving the problem and allowing us to get straight back to work.Aiden Godwin, Elena Michael & Angela Janne helped us set up our remote Nameserver DNS records with the appropriate SPF and DKIM entries after we'd suddenly started having issues with emails bouncing back from gmail.All in all we received speedy and efficient support to resolve a couple of technical isues that caused us problems in the space of a few days - very happy with the service received.

We had a problem with our website that was more to do with how we setup our email more than it was a technical problem. Nevertheless, it was preventing us from receiving sales lead notifications. The team at Hosting UK was on it instantly. We've been using HostingUK for our business accounts since the early 2000s and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly responsive, great people and remarkable value-for-money service.

I’ve used Hosting U.K. for as long as I remember as the wholesale provider for my small IT support business. Over time they have got better and better. There’s always a real person on the end of the line and they are always helpful in resolving my requests and occasional issues. They are good value for money and I have found that once you purchase a service over which they have control the price does not increase over time which enables me to keep my costs down.

incompetent - long unanwered telephone wait times - chat not availablestill trying to bill me for non existent products. up to you to try them - I strongly advise against it. totally regret trying to use them.billed me £25.13 without telling me. refunded £4.19 hosting charge. because I cancelled after a few days because of very unsatisfactory experience. kept the rest saying they had renewed a domain which did not expire until the end of this year. It would have been nice to have been advised of that charge before I joined. Never had that from anyone else. clearly not interested in providing customer service.

We've been with Hosting Uk for a number of years for our email and web hosting. They offer good levels of service (can't remember the service ever going down for us), and there is always the human touch whenever you need something. 100% recommend
