I have to say that Mark, Declan, and Lesley Rath run the best property sales / letting business I have worked with in 30 years of buying selling and renting. I bought from them 3 years ago a house which they rented out for me, then I sold the ‘family home’ in the last 6 months - possibly the worst time to sell (?) but Mark managed the process, and our emotions, ever so well. Mark is a mature operator - has seen it all before - so in our moments of stress was able to manage us back from the edge - always with a dry sense of humour and humility. The Rath’s get the job done. Simple. If you want to work with someone you will enjoy working with, who knows when to fire the shots, I couldn’t recommend them more.
