An appalling level of service with rude CFRs who tried to drop me off in the middle of nowhere when I had a broken leg after the Cambridge Half Marathon 2020. Even after complaining about this, they took a year to get back to me with a formal response which turned out to also be rude and totally did not address my issue. I would not trust this company at all for ambulance services and am completely disgusted by their handling of my situation.

When had them before they were quite good . Even though they didn't have the appropriate straps for me. Today been waiting around for over 2 hours to be confronted by a bloke who thinks he knows best and has a beard . And the worst part smells of really bad BO. I have given 2 stars cause the bloke he is with is nice. But the nBO bloke even though I asked him not too insisted in putting me over back wheels in my wheelchair.

Very friendly staff.
