Do not purchase the Tiffany Hardwear Double Pearl Ring in Sterling Silver. The pearl end fixings fall off.My partner was very dissapointed with her Christmas present which failed after a couple of months. This item falls apart with very little wear and as such was clearly supplied faulty as a result of poor workmanship.Customer Support is not satisfactory. They do not assist with a postage label/their own trusted carrier and as such I was forced to return the ring using another shipping company (Evri).Despite paying an additional cost for the insurance, the ring predictably went 'missing in transit' and I have been chasing an insurance claim ever since (with no success).Tiffany & Co. have refused to offer me any 'goodwill' and have not acknowledged the fault.I have asked for a gesture of goodwill towards the cost of a replacement, second ring for my partner and they have said no.Altogether a dissapointing and expensive experience thus far, not the sort of quality I would expect from a 'high-end' jewellery manufacturer of this type and certainly not the level of customer care I would expect.I am a repeat customer with a purchase history, but due to this recent experience, I am afraid I will not purchase from Tiffany & Co. again and cannot recommend them to others.

Upon visiting your Mayfair boutique, I was informed that the necklace I intended to gift was temporarily unavailable, but I was assured that I could place an order online with express delivery, ensuring its arrival the following day.Accordingly, I promptly made the online purchase, specifically requesting delivery between 11 and 12 the next day, intending to have the item in hand for the birthday celebration. Regrettably, despite multiple attempts to communicate with your customer service team, I was informed that the item would not reach me in time for the occasion.I inquired about the possibility of altering the delivery address to have it sent directly to my sister-in-law's residence as I was departing London that day, but regrettably, this request was denied. However, as of today, two days since placing the order, the item remains undelivered to any address.Repeated attempts to seek assistance from your customer service team have proven futile, with the response indicating that the service is currently inaccessible and unable to provide me with any clarity or resolution. The stress and time wasted over the past four days have left me profoundly disappointed. I had made arrangements for a timely gift and relied on your company's commitment to service, only to be met with unprofessional conduct and a severe lack of communication from Tiffany & Co.As a long-standing and dedicated customer, I had not anticipated such a disheartening experience with a renowned brand like Tiffany & Co. I devoted considerable time reaching out to your customer service, all in vain. Moreover, the item intended for my sister-in-law's birthday celebration remains conspicuously absent.I sincerely hope that this incident can be addressed promptly and amicably, as it has significantly marred my perception of the esteemed reputation Tiffany & Co. upholds.Yours sincerely,R.E

Worst Tiffany & co in the UK. I purchased an engagement ring and sales was great. However, when going to collect the ring I was told to wait 20mins for “aftercare” just to collect the ring. 30mins past and was told to wait another 20mins. Anyone with an appointment for repairs bypasses the queue for collection customers, which means Tiffany takes your money but you’ll have to wait for your product when it suits them. Front of house is over staffed and don’t do anything other than apologise (no refreshments offered unlike new business customers). Well they can explain to there stakeholders as to why a customer refunded 10k worth of products and took there business elsewhere.Go to Mappin and Webb if you want the best sales & service.

Terrible service on this occasion. We were waiting ages to drop my wife's engagement ring off to be serviced. Champagne was given out to some in the queue while we weren't offered anything. I feel like if you aren't dressed in designer clothes and handbags, you are seen as a 2nd class customer. On every occasion we have taken my wife's rings in to be serviced, there has been no charge, including servicing the wedding ring. All of a sudden, there is a £120 charge for the wedding ringReally disappointed with this visit

Memorable experience.I visited 2 Tiffany stores in London in search of a ring & really enjoyed the service here, especially, the consultation from Kostas. The ring of the right size was not in the store but Kostas offered to transfer it from another place & the following week I got a message that it'd arrived, we agreed on date & time of my visit. Finally, I have my perfect ring.Excellent customer care.

Seemed a lot smaller than I remember and their silver collection was very limited which was disappointing. The diamonds were incredible and it has a lovely atmosphere. We were offered delicious champagne and the tastiest chocolates.

Unbelievably bad service at Tiffany and Co 25 Old Bond Street. I've ordered bracelet for wife as a gift. Unfortunately, needed to exchange from size L to M. However l, despite the fact that it was shown available at the store. Upon my visit I was told it's not immediately available in that size but they can order and deliver it to our home address, which we agreed. I have left the old bracelet. To my surprise an invoice was recieved stating it was refunded but no money refund on my card. A few days later I'm trying to find out the status of the delivery of size M bracelet but the actual store isn't responding and Tiffany and Co online stating that they cannot help and it needs to be discussed with the store. However, as I've already mentioned the store is not responding.Very unprofessional and very disappointed with the level of service and the whole experience. Despite a number of purchases in the past. I think it's time to go somewhere else.
