Very good experience when I recently bought my Oxygen bike from Cyclehouse. Very impressive knowledge of the bikes but also when I asked a detailed question regarding the motor which they couldn’t answer, they phoned Oxygen there and then for the answer. Prepared the bike and fitted mudguard set before I collected bike. Also free 1st service. Brilliant.

Great service from Matt on my 2 ebikes. No hard sell or doing things that didn't need doing. One issue identified at pickup sorted without a fuss. Would 100% recommend for bike purchase and service!

Bought a bike from another shop and had it delivered, it basically hadn't been built properly or checked over at all. Took it to Cyclehouse, they checked it over and fixed all of the problems within a couple of hours. Excellent service, thier staff clearly know what they're doing. I will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone.

I took my bike to be serviced. Fantastic service. It only took them few days to do it. Good price, all agreed beforehand. Great communication. I was fully aware of what they were doing and when I would get my bike back (most important thing). Thank you.

Bought my bike from here 18 months ago & was extremely satisfied with the customer service, knowledge & professionalism of the staff. I took my bike in for a standard service yesterday with a concern over my gears. A few hours later & the work was complete. Had it explained what had been done & given advisory’s for upcoming months. When riding home, my bike felt exactly as it did when it was new. Will only ever continue with these guys.

Called in to get advice about a new bike for my son. The person we spoke with was incredibly helpful and took time to talk with my son and let him try different bikes along with a test ride around the carpark. They were even able to prepare the bike in just over an hour so we could take it home the same day which made my son's day. He's delighted with his new bike and glad we bought local rather than from one of the large chains. Excellent service!

I would like to thank the team at Cyclehouse for their kind donations to our school art project. Thanks to their generosity, Year 3 children at Oakwood Avenue Primary have been able to recycle bike wheels to generate some stunning pieces of weaving.The staff in store were incredibly helpful and generous with their time.Thank you so much.

What a fabulous shop. I bought my bike from here last week and absolutely love it! From start to finish, both Simons were a huge help with answering any questions. Their knowledge of a variety of different bikes is superb. A really enjoyable experience- would thoroughly recommend buying your bike from CycleHouse.

Excellent friendly service by Josh and the team today. Took our electric bikes in at 10.30am for service on both of our bikes and repair of my back wheel and by 3pm they were ready for collection. Will definitely use these guys again.
