Thornhill Plastering

I had Joe in to plaster my bedroom ceiling last week, I was thoroughly pleased with his work. The bedroom was left exactly how it was found which I was pleased with. Will definitely be using Thornhill Plastering again in the future!

Turned up for one day then never came back, tried to call but wouldn’t answer

Well very disappointed with Thornhill Plastering! After receiving a message direct from this company offering there services to us we decided to commission them on one of our extension projects. We agreed a price and agreed a date to start. After the first day we was then contacted a be advised they was Ill and Could not attend the following day. We as a small building firm understand trades do get Ill so decided to give them the chance. The work was completed upstairs and we paid our invoice up to date. The second stage date was then agreed. Today Thornhill plasters turned up to site. We then advised them to give our clients 10-15 minutes before going in to start work(family,kids and a Monday morning) we left site to collect some material to return and find they had left!!!! Have been trying to contact them all morning to find out if any of Thornhill will return but unfortunately no answers on phone or What’s app. This is something I wouldn’t usually do bad reviews but we feel extremely let down with no apparent excuse. We have also have our avenues blocked Instagram/what’s app we do as a small company expect a certain level of professionalism especially as we are dealing with domestic clients. I hope this is some thing Thornhill plastering can work on in the future.Regent Well Developments LTD
