UPDATE:My shellac only lasted a week. It started peeling off so I went back to the store after work. The guy who did my nails said I had to pay £7 to re-do the shellac. Other nail places give a guarantee as it's not supposed to chip or ruin easily. In the end I had to ASK him to buff my nails in order to paint them myself. When I got home and washed my hands it was evident that the buffing wasn't done properly. Waste of £25, terrible! Unprofessional and he doesn't know how to prep nails properly for shellac to last. I don't reccomend.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Review of my nails done by Zahid today: I walked past on my way home and popped in to ask how much a soak off would be. Zahid greeted me so nicely and invited me to have my nails fixed as he had a free slot (a bad nail job at Honeys nail bar up the road). I've had such bad experiences with nail bars in the area and he could tell that I was tense. He was so gentle and really took his time to do them perfectly. Such great, genuine customer service. Will definitely go back. Also excellent value for money too!

I could say they are the best in the Game, very helpful & proffesional service.I would trust them with my hair all the time.

I've been coming here for some years now. Friendly and professional. I usually have a haircut and have my toenails done. Sometimes eyebrow shape and fingernails. Usually just pop in when I have time and mostly they can accommodate me. So much more friendly (and better priced) than the trendy Crouch End places.

Love this salon and all the staff. I have A LOT of hair and they are always excited to take on the challenge, when I've been turned away from hairdressers before they make it such a pleasant experience. They really listen to what I want and offer great consultancy and advice, and even more importantly a fabulous cut and colour.& I’ve been going here for last 7/8 years moved out to Peterborough and still coming here it’s worth 2hrs travelling!Staff extremely Friendly and helpful. Service on point :))

Went in for a haircut and eyebrow threading. You won't get the typical treatment you would in a chain hairdressers/ beauty salon (pointless chat, millions of over-priced products dragged through your hair, etc) the staff are perfectly pleasant and do the job well. Good haircut (just a trim this time). Fantastic threading of eyebrows and upper lip. My previous experiences at other salons were more like torture than a beauty treatment, but at Madam's they were very gentle. I'll definitely go back again for this. Very reasonably priced, especially in London. Have taken off 1 star as I wasn't offered a drink and it should be known that this is a cash only establishment.

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and it’s the best hair salon I’ve been to. Always friendly with offering me drinks and making my hair go from jet black to the perfect beach blonde!
