Dealing with Dean was a real pleasure. Not only is he very professional , but he made sure I knew every details of what was required in order to provide superior quality garments. We were amazed at the quality of the embroidery when we received the polo shirts and the hoodies. He was very quick to answer each questions and was even quicker to deliver the order. Excellent value for money, I would strongly recommend using his company and will do again in the future.

Everything from the initial conversation through to the delivery of the printed t-shirts was very professional. Dean explained very clearly the options and walked me through modifying my logo to optimise it for the embroidery machine. I recently used Paramount Embroidery for an order of T-shirts embroidered with a detailed coat of arms of my former department. Dean was extremely helpful in helping to select a T-shirt and the order was completed and delivered to me very quickly. Great service, outstanding quality and lots of patience for a very fussy customer. Competitively priced and the embroidery quality is the best I have ever seen. Dean is a perfectionist. Great customer service and products. I was in contact with Dean throughout the order process by email or phone, which is useful when you're buying something you can't physically see or try on. The order came through this week and I'm really happy with it.
