A classic high street Starbucks, with friendly staff. Could do with being a bit cleaner, and feels a little dark at the back, but nice experience overall. Had the oat shaken espresso and a chocolate.

I attendded on the 29th June 2023. The man on the tills was lovely and so welcoming - however, the girl doing the drinks with the blonde hair, needs a new job she clearly is not happy with what she does. Looked miserable, not very welcoming at all. Placing orders on the counter without saying what they are, alot of customers confused as to what is what. I honestly wanted to get behind the counter and help as she certianly was no help. The other staff were polite but she let the team down.

I’ve only been here three times, and have never been to any other Starbucks before. My experience with this one is great, all the times the staff was very friendly and helpful and the service was fast enough!Their brownies are yummy, and the ham and cheese croissant was amazing. Last two times I had an iced double chocolatey macchiato, I highly recommend it.

Busy lunchtime, sorry but long wait for me, ordered an Americano with hot milk got a black coffee and no chance of getting somebody to correct my order. Had to add milk from serving area, result - a cold coffee.

I’m absolutely disgusted I went to the toilet one of them had wee all over the seats and floor and looks like it’s never been cleaned and then the other one had poo on the floor and Pooy tissues and smells so bad I nearly threw up it so bad I told a member of staff then she told the manager and they just laughed I will never be returning ever again!

Walked in and got a medium hot chocolate with cream. The chocolate was good quality but the cream run down n not whipped. As a whole.. I felt my regular hot chocolate with cream was better than this one.My three stars are for the product. I'd give five stars for service and everything else.

Clean , and refurbished coffee shop. Big seating area.Good service although it’s generally quite busy on weekends. It might take 10’ to get your order.Food and snack variety is good

I have been to many, many chain and independent coffee shops and rarely review them as they, especially the chains, are normally the same as the next. But this Starbucks is, without question, the worst I have ever been to.The staff are not to blame, in most part, as they did what they are trained and paid to do, but the place itself needs to be ripped out and done again. It felt like, as I would imagine, a collection point for methadone prescriptions would be. It was dark, unwelcoming, and the chairs were already put on top of the tables, making it obvious that they were getting ready to close. We arrived at 4.30, and they weren't due to close until 6! As far as I was aware, premises close at their scheduled time, and this is when the closing chores start; not 90 minutes beforehand.If you want a grab and go, then use this one if you can't wait any longer for your caffeine fix. Otherwise, I would urge you to walk 25 yards down the road and have a completely different experience. If you're travelling by train, use Starbucks at St. David's station. If you're not, then just wonder down the street a bit further, and you'll find more coffee shops than you could shake a stirring stick at, and all of them will surpass this particular Starbucks.
