Absolute sham of a practice. Cant ever get an appointment even though there’s no one ever in there, not to mention the rude and lazy reception staff. Doctors them selves are not much better. Lazy incompetent and must have got their PHD off the back of a cereal box. Absolutely disgusting

Extremely rude member of staff who tried belittling me in front of other patients because they made an error with the appointment. Rather than apologise and move on, continued in an aggressive and condescending manner. Try and not deal with Mrs K here.
