Called in to get some documents certified for probate purposes for my later partner - of whom we are both long standing customers of Nationwide Bank. The lady at reception, said sorry we cannot do this for you as we cannot Confirm or Deny your ID or Documents". She said " We tell everyone to go around the corner to a nearby solicitors

I have banked here for over thirty years and only have good things to say about the place.Although members of staff have come and gone it has always had a nice friendly atmosphere.If you fancy a change of bank you could do a lot worse than move here! (
