I lost my cards and keys and they came out, replaced my lock and gave me time to pay. Excellent service, second to none!! Why the 1 star? The lock was making rattling noises and then the front plate of the handle fell off. I woke up on Saturday morning and couldn't open my front door because the panel fell off, on the outside of the door, and the handle mechanism fell out with it. When i turned the handle nothing happened. I rang several times to explain I couldn't get out of my home, it is now tuesday and I still haven't heard from them. Had there been a fire I would not be here.

A & D Lock Svs, responded in 10 minutes. The engineer had to climb off the top of a very high ladder to gain access to my property. 10 minutes to swap the lock and it was done. Very smart, very friendly and half of what it thought it was going to cost. Absolutely delighted.
