Pindrop Hearing
Absolutely brilliant experience. Very quick and efficient and lovely people. Making an audiologist say wow is now ticked off my bucket list. Definitely worth the money as I can actually hear now, as I no longer have a literal cubic inch of earwax between my eardrums and the outside world. Don't leave it if you have earwax problems - it's not worth it.Thanks to everyone at Pindrop Winchmore Hill.

Pindrop Hearing
Had ear wax removal, painless and they confirmed I had a perforated eardrum. Decided to have a bespoke ear plug made which keeps my ear dry whilst swimming, snorkeling, bathing, in hairdressers etc. Knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff fronted by the very efficient Natasha on reception.

After two months of limited hearing in my left ear because of a build up of wax I am so delighted that I can finally hear again. The service here was exceptional. The receptionist has a great telephone etiquette and was very informative which made the booking process efficent and pleasant. The procedure carried out was quick, easy and painless. Full covid measures were implemented and the general atmosphere of the clinic was relaxed and clean. The procedure was worth the £80 and would happily come again if I ever needed the same procedure done in the future.

The clinic is impeccable and immaculate.The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Ms. Krishna who removed my ear wax through suction, is extremely qualified, thorough in explaining details, affable and has superb bedside manners. She’s made my life a joy again by restoring my hearing. She recommended Earsol spray to help with earwax buildup (mine goes as deep as the eardrum) and itchy, irritated ears. 10/10 ( : xx

Very impressive treatment with excellent communication. Friendly face on arrival & knowledgable technician. Let’s face it, no-one wants ear wax removal, but if you have to have it this is the place to go 10/10

All the staff I met were very kind, personable, smiley and welcoming. The ear wax procedure was clearly explained and carried out, only slightly sore for a second, mostly just tickly and noisy, but really nothing to worry about. Extremely clean and professional establishment. Taken seriously and well operated. Seem highly trustworthy.

I had a very positive experience at Pindrop Hearing last week. I felt safe with the new measures in place (distancing, PPE and lots of hand sanitiser). The clinic was spotless and I felt welcomed on arrival. My Ganguly was very professional and the micro-suction procedure was quick and efficient and has made a huge difference to my hearing. I'm very glad to have found this clinic and will definitely be returning if I experience this problem again.
