Really poor results on a thread vein on my leg - spent £400 and might as well have put it down the drain outside my house. When I complained I eventually received a phone call from Ruta the manager who said she was looking into it and needed to speak to the doctor. Guess what that was over a month ago and no attempt to keep me updated. I will never go here nor recommend/ sorry it’s a 0/10 from me

Thank you for your prompt reply to my previous review.Importantly, I would like to express that customers who come in to have spa or facial treatments do not visit with the intention to offend or behave improperly to the staff nor do they want to encounter disrespectful, unwelcoming attitudes, impatience, or a negative demeanor without valid reason from the staff. While I understand your commitment to maintaining a zero tolerance for staff abuse

Had an appointment with Kea and she made me feel comfortable and judgement-free the whole time. she was very clear and explained everything well whilst also taking the time to listen. At my next appointment she made sure that i was happy and felt physically okay during the procedure.

The service is OK but my appointments have been double booked twice now due to there new system double booking rooms. It's short notice change of appointments which is inconvenient. As for the treatment and people giving the treatment that is very good and provessional.
