Michael was our point of contact. He was very friendly and considerate. He Sent a cheerful video explaining all we needed to know about the car while showing it to us. We saw all we needed to know and made the purchase instantly. We asked for the car to be prepared and cleaned for pickup the same day. This did not stop them from honoring our request. We am very grateful and love my new car!

This is the second car I've purchased from Cartime(Bury) and the second time I've had top quality service. I dealt with Haider on this occasion who quickly got the impression that i was looking to purchase the car I saw online (Tesla Model 3) there and then so he instantly got the ball rolling. I left the dealship the day after viewing it, with the paperwork printed off and the car valeted and ready to go along with my car handed over as part ex(previous car purchasefrom Cartime). Had a few issues but I finally got hold of a very helpful lady called Megan Worthington who was able to resolve my issues straight away.Apart from initial teething problems I'm very happy with my vehicle.

Found the car I was looking for online. Gary Haughton was my first point of contact and couldn't do enough to help me. He secured the car for me and dealt with the whole process in a professional manner. There were some delays dealing with the external finance company, but Gary kept me in the loop at all times and also gave me some fuel as a gesture for the long wait. I am happy with everything so far and especially with the professionalism and customer service i received from Gary.

I bought a car from CARTIME I payed 22000£ and I had 4 time engine problems to repair I payed 1900£ be careful to buy the car from them. if you are lucky then ok other minds suffer like me. they give you a 1 month warranty and if you have a problem go to them they will make an appointment for you after 15 days and they will reset the problem then you will come back to them again you will have another appointment if you have small problem they solves it if it is a big they will tell you your warranty has expired We can’t cover this.

Excellent car buying experience. We were looked after by Haider. He was friendly and took us through the process of a trade in and purchase smoothly. The car we bought was well priced and we got a good valuation for our car. The car had 2 front tyres replaced, a thorough check over and was valeted. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming and made sure we had drinks. Overall a very positive experience

Big shout out to our lad Akthar (Aki) sold me my car, such a nice lad! Made us laugh, very friendly, very informative, very professional he went above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. Love my new car, great retailer - very fair trade in prices and very fair service.We also dealt with Sarah in the finance office who was also fantastic, ever so pleasant and very professional!In fact every staff member was fantastic from start to finish, the lady at the desk makes a fantastic brew and she's lovely also (didn't catch her name)Highly recommend!

Bought a car back in Feb 2023 from Brad (been meaning to write a review since)Brad's customer service was great. He took into account all the things I said I needed in a car and found me the PERFECT car which I have been in love with for months.I've not had any problems with the car since getting it and it is exactly what he described it would be.
