3 years ago Gerald and his team changed what was an overgrown jungle, which had a fallen tree and sloping ground, into a beautiful garden. A previous expensive designer had completely ignored our requirements and so I went with Gerald who listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. He levelled the ground built raised flowerbeds and erected a lovely summer house. We now keep Gerald to do a yearly maintenance visit and this year he repaired a wall he had built which was cracking due to movement. Gerald has a lot of landscaping and plant knowledge and his wife does amazing designs for the gardens he does. He always recruits good quality workmen on his team. He is very personable and he will endeavour to give you what you require and give you good advice. His work is always of the highest quality.

Gerald replaced and redesigned our raised terrace in the garden incorporating a sloped path for disabled access to the lawn. His Team were courteous hard working and co-operative. Gerald was collaborative and wanted to make sure everything was finished nicely. A very professional personable company which I can highly recommend , we are very pleased with our new terrace.

Gerald and his team were fantastic in every way. Extremely professional, reliable, hard working and the garden looked stunning. Having had a bad experience with previous gardeners, it was refreshing to work with AgentsGreen whose passion for gardening shone through and their attention to detail was spot on. He delivered to our budget, using high quality materials. Very very happy with these guys and I look forward to working with them on other projects very soon. 5 stars and more....would recommend to all!

First of all I have to say what a first class and excellent job Gerald and his team did. Our garden is now an 'extra room' to our house and a much more usable, and definitely a much more attractive, space.Agentsgreen quote was brilliantly competitive too - in fact, almost half of what another landscaper came in with.Gerald was able to offer some extra touches and come up with ideas that made the garden a rather special place too.He is a thoroughly likable chap with good sense of humour which made those early morning intrusions bearable.I can't recommend Agentsgreen highly enough.Jim & Janet, Ealing

Gerald and the team did a great job at building metal wall supports (including concrete foundations), flattening the earth, building decking, installing astroturf and planters. They were all very friendly, responsive and professional and I highly recommend their services.

Reliable, professional and really good quality work.I have used Agents Green's services for my own property, recommended to friends and for clients through my buisness for approximately 7 years. Gerald and his team have always been really straight forward to deal with, do exactly what they say they are going to do and the quality of work is always to an exceptional standard. i would higly recommend them.

A week after completion the pain job failed and started flaking. Gerald apologised and committed to come back and redo it. That was in January and we agreed it would be better to wait for warmer weather. Unfortunately he has since disappeared and stopped taking phone calls or replying to messages. I managed to corner him into picking up when calling from a different number and we pencilled in a date, only for him to stand us up and make a bogus excuse after we’d waited 30 minutes for him - when he obviously had no intention of showing up at all in the first place. I told him I’d give him one more chance to make it right but unfortunately he has again disappeared, not taking calls or responding to messages, which seems to be his modus operandi. So I am giving up and writing this review as chasing him around has become an exercise in futility.We spent over £10k on our garden with AgentsGreen and we are extremely disappointed by the way we have been treated.I am giving a generous two stars because the job itself, although far from exceptional, was decent - with the exception of the paint job - but the lack of professionalism and reliability is quite frankly shocking.Very unfortunate it had to end this way especially since we had more business for Gerald. We will clearly be going elsewhere.

Gerald and his team did a great job of transforming our garden. Agents Green were punctual and great value for money. We would be happy to use them again and recommend them too.

Brilliant, professional friendly team who tackled a very challenging job in reinforcing our wall and then completely redoing our garden. Gerald was collaborative throughout and all the guys on his team were polite and diligent. Couldn’t be happier with the result, which was done on time and to budget.

Where do I start:-- A 3 day job took Agents Green 2 and a half weeks- A written quotation they gave at the beginning of the job and upon which I gave them the job meant nothing as they tried to substitue inferior materials to that quoted- They left the garden in a mess and also used my brand new shed to store their tools but didn't have the decency to tidy up the mess they left behind- After being paid the full amount at the beginning of the job as my insurance company had paid for the work, they then said the work had cost them more than originally quoted (even though I had not been advised this) and I would have to pay more.In short, I would never ever use them again and would advise anyone looking for a landscaping specialist" not to use them as the quality of their work and their service is beyond dire."
