Great night top bands playing door staff was a top bunch of blokes bar prices we're reasonable would go again in fact I'm going again in September seeing a jam tribute band should be a great night

Great size venue but needs a lot of work to make it venue ready in my opinion. Paint job, carpets, decorating of toilets and a general revamp as the decor has been the same for 10 plus years. The biggest issue is the heating or lack of, this makes it uncomfortable and unbearable even if there is a lot of people. The prices of the refreshments do not reflect the venue in my opinion. The owner has done a bit already and Great potential but a long way to go and serious investment to bring up to todays expectations.

Used to be a regular at the Carlton club northern soul nighters and when a reunion was announced I just had to be there. The layout had changed slightly but not too much. it was a very special night. Approx 1000 soulies made the journey and we wasn't disappointed. Amazing night

A good live music venue.We went to see Aynsley Lister. One of the best blues artists around.The venue could do with a bit of work to tidy it up.The place seriously needs heating too!It was close to freezing outside and not much different inside.The Carling on draft was terrible so we went for bottled beer after our first pint.The bar staff were brilliant. Very friendly.We had a brilliant night but with a bit more investment the Alhambra could be fantastic.

Had a fab night here. We paid £25 for 2 tickets, and they had 3 bands on. 2 bars but 1 of them is can only and its cash only too.
