My son and daughter in law bought a car from this garage they had car 3 months they paid £2650 for the car they did not get any warranty for the car there was an oil leak and 3 months later the engine seized now the garage won't refund them the £2650 so they can get another car they even had to pay £140 just to get the car to the garage so I would advise to stay clear of this garage my son and daughter in law have phoned numerous times to get there money back still not able to get their money back

Stressful and horrible experience to deal with this seller. Car was not prepared to a reasonable standard even on a collection day. Old mechanical parts from garage or previous owner were still in the boot when collecting the car. Dirt everywhere inside as it looked never prepared. Car is not in good condition and all alloys are badly damaged, but never mentioned about any of the problems even they were asked on the phone. Just avoid this dealer at all cost. . They put no effort but only to sell cars quickly, take your money and they don't care about you anymore

I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS CAR DEALER.My personal experience with this car dealer has been a very bad, costly and stressful one.Bought a Bmw 3 series (ys61olp) back in July, seen the car beforehand, all was good, car was looking decent for age nothing worrying about it. Came back a few days later(Saturday) to pick it up and on my way back home(1.5h away) 20 minutes into my drive red oil light came up with a code to low oil pressure. As i couldn't turn back because i had to get to work left it until Monday to call them and ask what can be done about it. They asked me to drop it off at their garage (1.5h from where i live), did that, they gave me a dirty old ford focus covered in dust, dirt and spider webs as courtesy car. They replaced a sensor and a few days later picked up the car reassured that the problem was fixed and it shouldn't come back again. Three weeks later guess what, red oil light again. Took the car back at their garage to have it repaired again, a week later picked up the car reassured again that is fixed and on my way back, 10min from my house red oil light again. Thats when i decided to return the car as the problem is definitely not been repaired and who knows what damage has already done to the engine.After phone calls back and forth and beeing treated very unprofessional by the salesman and always with tone they agreed to get the car back. And not even once they apologized for the inconvenience caused.In conclusion I've lost money on my trade in car, on petrol traveling back and forth, time and patience, been charged £200 by them to remove the tints i applied thinking they sold me a good running car that would not have to return. Also still waiting on a receipt for tint removal and proof of tints beeing removed as I paid for it.Save yourself money and time by not buying from them.

James was very helpful, honest and friendly throughout the whole transaction. My new MX5 was well cared for with full valet, service and MOT; the price was reasonable in relation to other similar cars for sale in the UK; James was great to deal with and the whole experience was positive and easy.

I bought a Z4 from these guys today and I am very pleased with both the service and the car. I've been to a bunch of other dealers recently and I was not treated well in those other places (in Peterborough). It was refreshing therefore to go to this dealer, where the staff are respectful, helpful and knowlegable.The car was exactly as advertised, without embellishment in the advert. It was well looked after and in a good state when picked up.I had some 'fun' with a payment not going through and had to have a call with the bank, but these guys (I was sold the car by a person there called Dale) were very understandable and patient (I was on hold with the bank for 30 minutes).I'd happily go there again but the car I now have looks like I won't need to go back for quite a while!

Outstanding garage. Purchased a BMW Z4 from these guys on an impulse purchase.Never before have I experienced such a laid back approach to car sales. James has been fantastic from the start, always responding to emails quickly, and answering any questions I had. I was allowed to take the car away for a test drive with my partner, and given ample breathing space to view the car afterwards.Upon collecting the car there were a couple of minor, but annoying issues apparent on the drove home. It’s at this stage that a company really shows it’s true attitude towards its customers. I was advised to return the vehicle and they would investigate straight away.On this occasion I dealt with Ben in the workshop. He went above and beyond what I was expecting, and kept me informed along the way.I can’t rate you guys high enough, and you will certainly be top of my list for any further car purchase.Thanks very much (and for putting up with all my emails) and hope to see you again soon!

FIRST CLASSI recently bought a very nice Audi A1 S Line from this used car dealership.It can be a bit daunting buying a used car but the customer service I received from James was second to none.It was a very pleasant experience with no sales pressure whatsoever.
