I called Mark as our shop door handle snapped off. He came out the same day and replaced it with a new handle set. Easy enough perhaps? No, as the door isn't standard but Mark had the correct item in his stock and it was fitted without delay. Thanks Mark for your professional, helpful and friendly service.

Really lovely person behind the counter, went in to get my keys cut and although it could be my imagination I'm sure they work better than the originals! The process was fast and good value, I don't have all that many keys that need cutting but I will be back if I do! Thank you.
