Cannot recommend Open Ears enough. Holly gives a thorough, professional but friendly service. I am delighted with the aids that Holly recommended and they have made such a difference to my hearing loss. She explained everything she was doing and what the results of each test meant for me. My experience at OpenEars was amazing. I was greeted warmly by Holly and treated with respect. I felt really relaxed. Nothing was rushed and I was given a thorough examination by Holly. She made sure she covered all the tests needed for my concerns. I left feeling confident and Holly offered me a catch up in a few weeks if I had any more concerns.I would like to thank Holly. I've needed hearing aids for a number of years now, but my ability to hear well with aids has deteriorated over time.During my appointment with Holly, she took time to really understand the difficulties I was having and, using technology, together, of course, with her expertise, I left with new hearing aids that have made my everyday life so much more pleasant; conversations are now straightforward, I can hear recorded music again with clarity (something that's very important to me) and generally my quality of life has improved.My partner also confirms this. She no longer needs to be aware of my hearing needs when at home, or out in the community - generally everyday life is so much easier for us both.Many, many thanks Holly

Was recommended Holly by my brother, I had been putting off having hearing aids for years. Went to Boots first was not at all happy with their service. Went to see Holly at her office which was unbelievably equipped. Her expertise is immediately apparent within two hours I was ordering my hearing aids!! I picked the up today and they are now linked to my mobile. The difference in a crowded room is amazing. I would recommend Holly to any person with hearing difficulties.

Fantastic service all around! Holly was a pleasure and a professional from start to finish.I've always had issues with wax build up and had microsuction performed numerous times, and Holly is up there with some of the best service I've had. I rang on a Sunday morning and she squeezed me in only a few hours later which was very kind of her. I was greeted with a clean and professional studio in which the procedure was performed without an issue. With Holly being a qualified audiologist too, she also advised me that I may have an ear infection too and gave me great advice on how to deal with that.All around excellent experience and will be booking in again when my ears will no doubt need doing again. Thoroughly recommended!

Great Customer Service by Holly very professional and was made to feel at ease. Would highly recommend her services to anyone suffering with ear wax problems or hearing loss. Her work premises were both clean and quite. She let you know of the different procedures that she offers plus the pros and cons. Great value for money and her booking system is very easy and straight forward to use.

Holly is an extremely nice individual with such a professional approach towards her job. She is very kind and considerate and makes sure you're comfortable the whole way through any procedure she is performing, I can't recommend her enough. She fixed my issue and although it was pretty time consuming she was more than happy to continue as long as I was. There was no rush for another appointment or anything like that.Booked in for a review next year and don't regret it whatsoever

I was having ear infection and blocked ear due to eczema. I was only able to hear 30% on my right ear.I was desperate for help and found Holly. Because I don’t drive and Holly’s clinic is kind of far from my house, she offer she can do home visit which save me lot of traveling time.She was very gentle and professional, she explained to me the steps of the procedure and make me feel safe.I can feel that she is genuinely kind and care about her patients.She wasn’t rush at all and make sure to address all of my concern.After the procedure I gain back all my hearing.I’m beyond happy and really appreciate for her help.Really glad I have found Holly for help. Thank you Holly.
