We purchased a new smeg cooker, after a few months it developed a minor fault, the oven light would not go off. We contacted FK and have been very impressed with the speed of their repair by replacing faulty part under the guarantee. Niggly faults can occur with anything, it is the way they are dealt with, full marks in that department to FK.

My freezer started bleeping and I couldn’t find the manual, so I called the suppliers F & K. Nick was most helpful and suggested that I bag up the contents and bring them to the depot where they would be stored until the issue was resolved. Issue resolved, contents collected, excellent service. Many thanks.

We visited F&K to find a replacement chest freezer and a fridge/freezer. Nick was really helpful and found us two ideal items for us at a great price and ideal size The bonus was we could have it delivered the following morning, so managed to save loosing all our frozen goods ( chest freezer was broken) Excellent service, will use F&K again. Delivery persons arrived on time, they fitted both appliances quickly and took great care with the goods. Definately recommend F&K and great prices. Thank you

F &K was founded,, i believe in 1967. I have been buying from them since 1970. May I tell you that there is no -one better for customer service, that we were once used to and lately doesn't exist.NICK is absolutely outstanding and always does his best to go the second mile. You might (and I stress might) find a cheaper price online, but when you factor in that F&K include delivery, installation and removal of the old appliance as well as speedy personal service and a real person to call if anything goes wrong you can't beat the value. Expert advice, friendly service and a local employer! Very happy with our new cooker.

I was recommended to F&K when my slightly odd sizedintegrated fridge-freezer broke down. Nick found us a replacement which their fitters installed the next morning - they had to make some small alterations to the integrated doors although you wouldn't notice from the outside. It's working well now - in fact it's silent compared to the previous one. Although we may have got it slightly cheaper elsewhere F&K made it hassle free. The whole team gave great customer service & were very careful.
