TAG Heuer

Took my Tag Heur watch for a repair. The service I received was excellent from Luchian he kept me up to date on the process. Will definitely visit the shop again.

I visited the Tag Heuer boutique to get my watch fixed. The Staff were polite and professional. They made me feel welcome. I highly recommend a visit.

Do not buy a tag connected watch or use watches of Switzerland group..Update .. The debacle continues the watch has been for a tag approved repair and as soon as it is switched on the same problem..and managers response, “we will phone the Tag helpline which is not open on weekends” so you need to come back again !. Two visits still not working. A disgrace. An Awful service-avoid tag connect and watches of Switzerland group at all costs. The watches do not work and this group only offer exchanges within 30 days which is nowhere near enough to try and test a luxury item you may only wear very infrequently. I have used this store and group many times over the years but never againAvoid at all costs - TAG connectAvoid - Not what I would expect from a luxury brand. I purchased a TAG connect watch online and after infrequent use in late December and persevering over 5 months, multiple reboots, re-installing software many times after a particularly frustrating day of yet again trying to get it to work I decided enough was enough and I would return the product. I arranged via online booking to return to TAG boutique in Cardiff and following a lengthy chat I was told that they only offered refunds after 30 days! I could not believe the response; the product has been sent to now been sent to TAG for a diagnostic which will take up to three months, what a joke. A huge amount spent on a watch that basically has never really worked for 5 months and the only response it to send it away which many take months to resolve. I have bought many items from WoS and goldsmiths over the years but never again. Appalling customer service from a so called luxury and trusted brand.
