I’ll begin by saying the shop is gorgeous! The nail therapists that saw to me were lovely girls and the rapport was good HOWEVER, throughout the process of receiving my infills I saw several red flags.I had a couple nails which were lifting which i expected to be drilled down to the point of the lift and then infilled but they were not, they just infilled on top of the lift. I asked for them shorter and they cut them down with regular nail clipper and then used a standard nail file to remove the sharpness (I’ve usually always had this done with a drill). I also asked for coffin shape and only maybe two of the nails resembled coffin shape the rest were basically square. This whole process took roughly 90mins.Then the nail art. I had a different girl do this based off of pictures of her work she’d shown me and yes they turned out lovely, but nails art on 4 nails took over another hour. So I spent a total of over 2.5 hours simply for infills!THEN within less than 24 hours 4 of the nails were flapping off so I called them re having them fixed and the owner answered, he didn’t even apologise and was less than accommodating.I went back for repairs the following day and had 4 new nails added with white tips instead of clear like the rest of my nails as they had ran out? Crazy. The girl who had originally done the nail art was off so a different girl did this on one of the nails and thankfully was much quicker but when i commented on her doing it to a different scale she became extremely passive. And then had the cheek to tell me I’d need a full set when I next come in. As if I’d ever be returning.Now only 5 days later another nail is flapping and one of the BRAND NEW nails has completely come off in my sleep. Simply by putting my hand under my pillow! I’ve never seen anything like this in all the years I’ve been having my nails done. The quality is utterly shambolic and it’s safe to say I wont EVER be returning again.

Had an appointment yesterday for full manicure and pedicure halal, I was 15 mins late for my appointment. My little one wanted to get her nails done too.The lady was really patient. They didn’t even charge for my little one. Didn’t realise it until I saw my account balance today. Called them to pay but they refused it.Thank you so much, my little one is over the moon and said she will never remove them.Nihaan

Had an amazing experience here! Booked an appointment for a basic manicure and pedicure (no polish) . Received an amazing service and had a great chat with the girls! Will definitely be returning and recommending this salon to everyone I know!!! Thank you again!!!

I have been going to blossom nails for past 1 year. They do amazing nails, nails are always looking nice and clean. Have recommended my family and friends too who also go there.

My mum visited to get her nails done and weren't upfront about the cost, gave a cheaper price over the phone to entice her to book and then charged extra after nails were done. Nothing different done either. Wouldn't recommend.

Don't waste your time or money. Went in for a full set of gel extensions post lockdown. Staff nice enough initially, but the person I booked with wasn't available when I arrived, so someone else 'prepped' my nails and applied the extensions. Then offered gel colours, but I was confused. They only had 6 options. It became clear its because they are applying builder gel and leaving it bare. Not using any colour overlay...alarm bells. Opted for nail art. When finished the nails looked nice. Total cost £38. Within three days one had completely fallen off, even though no pressure was applied. Was gutted and requested a repair. They agreed but they offered no apology. I had to request for repair twice - was initially offered an appointment with my original nail technician but it was four days later! Complained as I didnt want to have uneven nails for so long. So I went in that day. Fixed it but nail art was redone badly and in the wrong colours. Got home later that evening and another one fell off...Messaged again but ignored this time. Really bad customer service. No offer of a new set, no refund. Awful. Going to have to remove them now as they look so silly. Dont bother!!

I went to Blossom for the first time and who did my extensions was Monica,I am very happy and satisfied with her work,she was very kind to me and perfect customer service! I will be back soon!

Been going here for over a year now and honestly can not even bare the thought of going somewhere else. Danielle never ever disappoints, she takes the best care of my nails. The whole team is so welcoming and they create the best atmosphere you want to be in to get your nails done. Honestly i recommend this place to everyone to get your nails done at❤️
