Not had dealings as such. Tried ringing a couple of times, no one answers. I left a message to call me back. They called me back at THEIR convenience and spoke to my daughter. She said they were very rude and off hand with her. Sorry won’t be using their services. I’ll take my dog to someone who actually wants my custom.

They were very accommodating. I needed my dogs nails clipped at short notice, and they had me in within a few days. They clipped my dogs nails back to a good, short length. The price was very fair too.

Staff is friendly. And missed calls always returned. My Jackapoo always come out looking handsome . Reasonable payments too with goodies for every dog. I recommend them to anyone who wants their fluffy friend look and feel good of themselves.

I've been taking my dogs to Rita's now for over 21 years and when I go to collect them, they are totally transformed. I love the way that they are trimmed and I think that they enjoy having their coats cut too, especially this time of year.Rita is also full of doggy knowledge from joint problems, skin problems and how to keep your dog cool on warmer days.I have always recommended Rita's to everyone who has a dog that needs their coat trimming.

NEVER AGAIN!! We sent my dog to Rita's as our usual groomer is on maternity. When my husband collected her, Rita's told him they had cut her claw a bit short and caught her ear. This didn't sound terrible. When he got her home, we realised they hadn't just caught her ear but actually cut it. It didn't look they had even tried to stop the nails from bleeding as there was blood all over the car seat. They also either used a dirty blade or one that was too hot as she's been scalped/ burnt in about 3 areas. I definitely did NOT expect my dog to end up with all these injuries and WILL NOT be taking her here again. They obviously don't know how to handle a pup which is a bit playful. Rather than stopping the groom which would have been far better for the dog, they carried on. My usual groomer has never had a problem with my dog and she loves going there. I am really not impressed with the way my dog was treated.
