The massage and facial were top quality, the therapists were really friendly and I really enjoyed my time. It did feel like some time away just to relax and that they care. The place is beautifully decorated. 100% would recommend to others.

I had booked a 9am appointment for two people on a Saturday and finished at 12:40pm. I got there a little earlier and was welcomed warmly by their staff, being offered a refreshing drink with a date. I had booked for a Mani + Pedi, but as the person I was with was running late, I got a pedi done first and it was a good experience.I opted for the breathable nail polish and unfortunately it wasn't compatible with the design I initially wanted. Therefore, picking a new design took a while longer, which meant that I was not given the time needed for the design I had chosen.They charge £10 extra for nail art, however it was done incredibly messy, not what I expected from a salon. I had to wait in between their other clients to have my nails finished. In the end, I was so upset with the outcome and waiting, I got rid of the polish myself, as there was no one there to attend me. I waited 20mins before I was able to pay and leave, as the staff were busy.They offered to re-do my nails on another day when I told them how unhappy I was with the end result, but I didn't fancy waiting for over 2hrs to get my nails done again.First and Last time visiting this store. Lovely staff, but a horrible experience.The picture attached is the nail art done before getting rid of it in store.

I had a beautiful, relaxing pregnancy massage. My therapist was very accommodating and thoroughly targeted all areas that were causing me problems. After my massage I received a lovely rose tea and a cupcake as a birthday treat! The salon it’s self is beautiful, calming and tranquil. This will be the 2nd time attending the salon , I highly recommend and will definitely be returning!!

The service here is amazing. I came here 2 years ago for my birthday and haven’t been anywhere else since. They have all the services I need and more. Christina has been doing my nails and they are perfect every time, she always makes sure they are how I want them. Their manicure and pedicures go above and beyond any other place I’ve seen and the products they use are good for your nails as well so cause no damage. Christina is amazing at what she does and also a lovely person. I recently started getting my eyebrows done here also after not trusting anyone with them for over 5+ years and I’m so happy with them. She checks with me if I’m happy with them, how much I want taken off and if there’s anything she suggests she asks before doing them so I’m always happy with how they turn out. Zaina always has a smile on her face and since the first time I came she’s treated me and my mum in a friendly manner and with respect. They always go above and beyond and clearly love what they do. Absolutely lovely people and amazing service wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service! We were offered refreshing drinks throughout our whole visit. I went for a full Swedish body massage and my friends went for pregnancy and back massages. The massage was amazing and so relaxing, Zaina and team were so lovely and friendly, they all made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely be going back for a massage and manicure. My friend got a manicure done with breathable nail polish. I will be recommending this place to my family and friends. I can’t wait for my next visit. 10/10 on everything!

Gorgeous luxury pedicure by Kristina, my feet feel so soft and pampered. One of the best treatments that I’ve ever had.Director Zaina kindly fitted me in as I did not have an appointment. She was so lovely and attentive and explained the treatment in-depth. I love that they use non-toxic polishes and that the products used were natural as made in-house. Wonderful experience.I will definitely come back again.

Amazing manicure and pedicure. Zaynah & her staff made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. Will be coming back!
