Amazing resturant, spent Thursdays evening here and ordered the barbecue ribs and dirty burger. Was absolutely delicious, enjoyed every aspect of the dish and cocktails. The sauce tasted delicious, the meat was perfectly cooked and the sides were so flavourful, could easily eat everything just on their own.The staff were lovely, the host and waitress so very inviting and welcoming to us. Becky was lovely to talk to and did a great job managing their area.

Our waitress was Helen. She was friendly and worked perfectly. We came to get some food our daughter, who was really hungry. Unfortunately, food from the kids menu was not a correct choice. Nachos were savory and with lots of dressings. Chicken was burned to charcoal in some places. However, my sirloin steak was awesome and I could share it with my daughter. We also ordered bread. It was strange that bread is considered a starter (ok, it also contains some dressings and olives) and we were asked twice if we’re going to finish with it before bringing hot dishes.

To start with it was very busy, we were early but still got seated straight away.Loved the atmosphere and ambience.. you could see what you were reading and then eating..Food amazing...tad expensive (as I was going to have a fillet but it was £39)We had Becky as our server she was brilliant, very friendly, and happy in her work. Even had little chats with all her guests, not just served and enjoy your meal.." makes a difference!!"

From walking into the restaurant to leaving we were well looked after. Nothing was too much for our waitress Maddy. The steaks were cooked to perfection. This was our first visit to a Miller and Carter restaurant but we would have no hesitation in visiting others. A very pleasant evening.

Becky was a fantastic server, the whole visit was absolutely lovely! We had the Butchers block - everything was cooked to perfection. The steaks were buttery smooth! We also shared the cookie pie which was a lovely way to finish off.It was a tad bit cold but nothing that could ruin a great weekend date night.

I came here for Christmas dinner with my sister and was rushed out. We didn't have time to finish dessert so packed it for takeaway as it was part if a set menu.I had the vegetarian Wellington and the root vegetables were uncooked as were the Brussel sprouts and parsnips. Very over priced, service was slow and food was undercooked. Definitely would not recommend this restaurant.

Having booked a table well in advance we found ourselves at the back of the restaurant in a dirty corner. The walls were visibly stained and there was hazard tape covering a panel. The floor was not cleaned around us. Our waitress dropped some of the crusty bread from our starter on the way over, apologised but never replaced it. Our Butchers Board sharer main was good, the fillet steak was excellent but the rest was mediocre, the cocktails are very good. Disappointing to find none of the team checked if things were okay during our meal and nobody came to offer more drinks despite them being empty. I have raised the issues with the manager since who believes I was being too detailed in my observations. I’ve attached the photos so you can decide for yourself. For me there are plenty of amazing restaurants in Liverpool with significantly better service and environment. At £50 per person for food alone I can’t say it’s great.

A top waiter made all the difference.Warm welcome was followed by brilliant table service.Food was ok. Actually, it was good to be fair. It's slightly pricey for what it is though.I'd still go again though and overall a five star experience.
