Warner Hotels - Sinah Warren

This is mostly on behalf of my parents-the hotel is in a lovely part of the island, is clean, and the rooms are easily accessible for all regardless of ambulatory ability, as are all the facilities, there are many activities every day to enjoy and all the onsite food is freshly prepared and very generous portions. The staff constantly go above and beyond to make sure guests enjoy their stay. This is the 4th time they've stayed here in the last 2 years and they have booked again for next year. Highly recommended.

Hayling Island where this Warner Hotel is located is only an hour's drive from us, so this was a big factor in choosing it. This is an adult only hotel, and the guests were of an older age group. The rooms were large, clean and had a decent size bathroom. The entertainment at the hotel was as good as a West End show. The dining areas were luxurious and the food was of a very good quality. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and there were lots of different activities to do.

A fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff were brilliant and keen to go the extra mile to make you welcome and have a relaxing time.The rooms were serviced daily with the tea/coffee making equipment, towels and loo rolls topped up if needed. The bed was huge and very comfortable.The entertainment was excellent.

Arrived on the 1st December. We had 8 in our party, wasn't the most organised arrival. One staff member was very abrupt and condescending. But didn't need to see her again, ( thankfully). We had a signature room which was lovely. We also had VIP for pavilion. Which was well worth the money. I can honestly say we had the most amazing time. In the restaurant we had callum on Fri & sat night but sadly not Sunday night, we left an envelope for him. A well deserved tip. But the best thing was your entertainment staff, Lauren, Rachel, Mia , abby& keiron, and the funniest guy gavin. We will definitely return dec 2024. Xxx

There appeared to be a complete lack of any wait staff supervision in the Restaurant, Bar etc. On the first night, I waited 45 minutes for my Chef Special starter before chasing it up. I was served with a slice of cold French bread with congealed cheese and ? on it.It became apparent during our stay that any Chef Special is precooked and presumably lined up on the side until ordered, resulting in lukewarm food . I had undercooked poached eggs with my lukewarm Breakfast Special on Sunday, and lukewarm pancakes on the last day (even though we were among the first to arrive at the Restaurant). In fact the pancakes were served so swiftly that there wouldn't have been any time to cook them from the start, which made me wonder what was so special about the Breakfast Specials. There is only one vegetarian option at Dinner, mostly involving mushrooms. I don't eat fish and so I had to put up with it.Most of the wait staff mainly stood around chatting with each other, or walked up and down avoiding any eye contact with guests, or in some cases lost" themselves behind pillars. It has to be said that the very few remaining wait staff who did understand the concept of customer service were also very good at their jobs.Some guests commented to us that the service and food at Warner Hotels in other locations was much better. Sinah Warren is in a lovely location. Such a shame that the service and food there is so poor."

Room was very good, food was excellent as we're the staff. Good evening entertainment, although I'd like more comedy or other than bands, singers. Minor gripe they need to update the old carpets light fittings etc in the accommodation corridors. Some fittings broken, cobwebs etc. Corridors had a naff smell sometimes. But overall excellent.

I came with a friend and all we wanted to do was sit back and relax. Right from the very start we felt welcome both with staff and the other guests. My friends 1st Warner experience.We found our room and unpacked before setting off for our dining table arrangements and a general look around. Nothing was too much trouble so we settled for a drink in the lounge.We never had to worry about meal choices as there were so many, and portions were generous. Evening entertainment was enjoyable and there was no trouble finding seats in the theatre.Saturday was Gin Festival day and such a choice. We then hopped into the indoor pool and jacuzzi for a few hours before preparing for the evening. Sunday we thought of a walk along the kench but only made it to the loungers just outside of the outdoor pool. Stayed there enjoying the weather chatting to other guests passing by. Afternoon tea was so good but then we did do the walk and back to the front of the hotel to see the ' little houses ' out front. Then we found the rabbits being housed there.Staff entertainment this evening and again very good. Even had a dance before retiring.Up, packed and ready to leave before breakfast. We were so wonderfully relaxed and have plans to return at a later date. It was just what we needed after a challenging few months. We will also try some other Warner hotels too. My friend couldn't get over her experience and said it was wonderful.

Over all was a great nice with nice staff whom where supportive and talkative.Couple of minor communication issues over an event, but that was it. Location near to water and sea was good. So munch happening on site did not have to go anywhere. Facilities good food not bad with good mix. Considering having to deal with about 300 people in around 2 hours.To Jane and the team many thanks for supporting our break.

Typical Warners, I have been to many.Food quality has declined here since the last visit but still the same high quantity. The wine waiter's service level has fallen, which is not nearly as professional as it used to be.The food waiters at breakfast and dinner are very good, helpful, and cheerful.

Just back from a long weekend. We have been before, but standards gave dropped sadly. Wouldn't rush to go back. For us, the highlight entertainment was actually the backup for the main event - the Elvis tribute act, which was outstandingly good. What a powerful voice.
