I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend M Simpson & Sons Roofing. Excellent service and communication. Detailed and thorough quote provided beforehand. Scaffolding was arranged an erected as agreed.Dan kept in touch throughout. Selection of tiles to choose.I complicated matters by having an extra roof window put in that wasn’t part of the original plan. But it was accommodated without any issues. Had new roof, guttering, soffits and facias replaced.Everywhere was left nice and clean and tidy.Would definitely recommend.

Needed repairs to my chimney. Dan came out to explain what needed to be done. He sent a quote that evening. Very reasonable. He came out the next day to complete the job. I was at work but he sent me photos to show the work had been completed. There was no mess left. So pleased with the quick response. I will be recommended him to family and friends. I will definitely contact Dan in the future if needed.

We had our leaky, very shoddy garage roof replaced by Dan and his team and we were so impressed from start to finish! They did a quality job, quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after themselves and were quick to come back out when we had a small couple of snags, they fixed them the same day.Really pleased with the job, would highly recommended these guys to anyone!

We received an excellent service from M. Simpson & Sons, from the survey visit to the completion of the job. Their surveyor went up on the roof, took photographs, & confirmed as we thought that the roof could not be repaired and we needed replacing. We also asked for the porch over the front door to be replaced.The quotation detailed each element of the job: materials, labour and scaffolding etc, with a cost against each item. I can highly recommend this company. Job was done in a timely manner, despite the weather. Crew were very friendly and polite.They were faced with several 'challenges' - a full width conservatory, solar panels, and a very stubborn concrete chimney we wanted removing.We'd already seen them in operation next door, so felt comfortable using them. Glad we did! Well done to all!

Great communications from the outset. (Dan was held up but sent a courtesy text to let me know he was going to be a few minutes late). Straight forward person, easy to discuss the job with. Prompt, detailed, written quote sent out, as promised and it was competitively priced.There was a leak in the roof around the chimney a few weeks before Christmas and we wanted the chimney removing & tiling over to eliminate the problem. (Plus dry verges fitting, while they were there). Due to the leaks, Dan moved the job forward and did an excellent job, finding discontinued tiles to match, exactly as promised. First class. As a landlord, it’s so difficult to pick a roofer for the first time. I can’t fault my experience with Dan Simpson & his team, and will definitely use them again.

Came across M. Simpson by chance as they installed a roof for a neighbour. After calling to see me and sending a quote I decided to go ahead with the roof and a bay window roof, very pleased with the end product, worked efficiently, polite friendly guys, cleared all the rubbish away each day, good pricing.
