Booked in advance, didn’t bother to turn up, didn’t answer calls or emails - eventually after 6 hours called to make up an excuse and said he could be there in the hour. As I was selling the car I needed it doing so proceeded. 5 hour booked job done in less than 2 hours, no different to a normal wash, (and not a very good one) he wanted the same money for 5 hours service no apology no nothing just absolutely shocking. Plus always sitting in the van smoking. I would not recommend them in anyway and do so at your own risk. I really wish I refused to pay this cowboy. Rip off merchant.

Unfortunately, I didn't have the same service as everyone else commenting here.My original appointment was on Tuesday, but they had asked to reschedule me to Wednesday, so I did them a favour in doing so. Then, on the rescheduled day, they turned up two hours late, so unfortunately I had to cancel.I asked for a discount because they said about putting premium polish on my car for free as a way of apologising. However, I didn't care about the polish as I had asked for the full valet anyway, in the full valet list I was already getting the standard polish so I asked for a discount instead. They then said we'll come back tomorrow at 9am, making me believe they'll definitely be on time. 9am the following day, it now being Thursday. Someone in a big blue van came to look at my car on my drive 15 minutes late to my appointment, didn't even knock, and then drove off.If it was the case that my car isn't fancy enough for their profile or was too dirty then they should have said they don't do low-grade dirty vehicles. Simple as! I would have paid the same as everyone else so I don't see why it matters what car I have.Can't judge on their work as it wasn't received. Disappointed I didn't get the 5 star treatment. I needed to find a company decent enough to stick with. Guess I'll have to keep looking! Will not be passing your company name over to friends or family.

Great job! Paul and his team have real enthusiasm for their work, considerate, dependable (but perhaps be ready to be flexible with timings!), and very fair prices.

Paul and the team did an amazing job to bring back the paint on my Black Tesla Model X. After the Williams paint protection the car looked just awesome. Highly recommended.

100% recommended. My car needed a full polish treatment and detailing due to some big marks in the paintwork. Paul spent as much time as needed to make sure the result was absolutely perfect. The quality of his work is best in class. He is also a big petrol head, and kindly took the time to explain to me every step in the process in detail. This was the first time I work with Paul but certainly not the last!

Great service from Sparkle & Shine. I have a Mini Cooper Convertible with a soft top roof which built up considerable mould on the inside as a result of a leak in the boot and was in desperate need of a full valet! I sent photos over and within 24 hours they’d come to do a full valet, cleaned and treated my roof and were friendly and informative. Didn’t have much hope but my car looks great now and I was impressed with their knowledge and speed of service.

They've valeted and/or detailed few of my cars over the past 2 years and did a great job. But, 1 of my cars in particular was a nightmare to clean and I had little hope: while I was away for few days, a bird poo'd on it and it dried pretty badly on the bonnet/paintwork... I have tried 3 different expensive products in attempt to remove it, with no success. I finally gave up and asked Paul for his help. He came to my place with his team and honestly told me that they could not guarantee anything but would give it a good go. To my pleasant surprise and an hour later, all marks were gone, the bonnet was all cleaned and shiny, as well as the rest of my car... Great work guys! Great products! Great customer service and always willing to go the extra mile to make me happy. Keep up the good work and see you soon. Thanks
