Oh my how gorgeous is this shop. So much to chose from. Had to get a little pick and mix for movie nights at home! Well worth it.

Very good place for luxury chocolate. Much more assortment than you would find in ordinary shops meaning that it is well worth coming here. Staff are very helpful and the chocolate is extremely good. This is a very good shop for presents.

The store itself was lovely but as me and my friends were waiting in the queue a sweet younger worker was sweeping some leaves which i appreciated isnt a fun job when i think was her supervisor shouted at her infront of us and made me and i think others quite uncomfortable. No one should be treated like that infront of customers and i think you should work on teaching the manager some manners towards staff quite unprofessional to be honest.

They didn't even bother to have any really useful black Friday discounts. We left without buying anything, such a shame Thorntons no longer there. They used to do brilliant deals for Christmas chocolates. Won't be going back unless they decide to value their customers.

Was there today + the staff were so helpful. Had my dog with me so couldn’t actually go in store…the lady (staff) offered to hold him at the door whilst I made my purchase + also asked for the dogs name to reassure him! Also got staff to serve me quick to avoid a lengthy stay…all completely above + beyond…amazing! Thank you!

Nice service to receive complimentary chocolate upon enter, has the full range of Lindt chocolate but still quite pricey despite being at an outlet. It's still cheaper when they're on discount at supermarkets.
